Insurance Claim Solutions received a call from Whitburn Lodge who suffered water damage to decorations from the top guest room. The guest had been showering for a considerable period of time and it appears that his badly placed foot had caused the build up of water.
An embarrassed guest quickly left that morning and ICS quickly set up the claim and mitigated potential revenue losses for the business.
