Brighton flooding causes damage to local business…

Flash flooding on the 7th July 2009 caused damage to business premises on London Road in Brighton. ICS were called to deal with the Crown and Anchor pub and Richard Lemon Photography as water flowed into the ground floor of the buildings.

Emergency contractors deployed sandbags, lifted carpets and installed drying equipment to try and minimise damage. Loss adjusters were met within days and agreements made for reinstatement.

A local resident Ms Cullen employed ICS as loss assessors to deal with the flood waters that had come into her home. ICS were able to agree the claim quickly and efficiently and with building reinstatement completed, all Ms Cullen had to do was choose her carpets and sofas.
