Large fire in Worthing destroys roof and rear elevation...

ICS were appointed to manage the reinstatement of the property following a severe fire to a semi detched house in Worthing.

Insurers had appointed a major loss specialist and forensic scientists to investigate the fire damaged property. Liability for the claim was not immediately agreed by insurers, and our Clients initially stayed with local friends.

ICS project managed the reinstatement using their surveying services and contractor network, allowing the Client to focus on choosing the finishes and layout.

As cash settlement was agreed for thr £60,000 contents claim and our clients are now looking forward to returning  to the property in early July.
